Today I am sharing with you two things (lucky you)...I got an awesome award from the lovely Sarah.  And then to go with the Sunshine Award I have some "Sun" Pins to share.  Another post coming later today - because I need help.  :)

Favorite color? Yellow 

Favorite number? 3 or 33 (33 was my number is soccer)

Favorite non-alcoholic drink? Is there such a thing?  I would have to say Water.  Just because I can drink it with anything.

Facebook or twitter? I love Facebook for keeping up with actual friends but twitter is awesome.  It's like texting friends all over the internet.

My passion? Art.  I love making it (even though I'm not that good) and I love the history of it.

Favorite animal? Dogs, hands down.

Getting or giving presents? Who doesn't love getting presents?  But I love picking something special for someone and having them open it.

Favorite pattern? Um, houndstooth?  weird question.

Favorite flower: Lilacs.  The smell brings me back to my childhood in the summer and it is just a great smell.

Today I am showing some pins from my DIY board.  There are so many great things on Pinterest to do but here are just a few!

I will use this when my son gets older:  If your kid says they are bored they pick a slip out of the jar and have to do what it says.  It could be "go for ice cream" or it could be "clean your room".

Love this idea:  Frame, paint, hooks and a simple wooden box.

VHS Tape box and a picture = a secret hiding spot!!!!

A canvas with lyrics from your first wedding dance together.  Ours?  The Beatles "In My Life"

Wrap photo frames for cheap cute Christmas decor.

Weekly calendar idea - dry erase.

Anniversary date idea...I had to do this with my name for college so I love this idea!!!

I haven't done this in a while but I am back at least this week for "Oh, How Pinteresting" with Michelle!

Today I am showing you some really cool gadgets (I guess that would be the right word) or solutions that are 'pretty cool' (Miley Cyrus? SNL? anyone?).

I think this is an awesome idea!

This is perfect for me because I can never cut things...

Great for the kitchen...hides all the outlets!

They should just be required to make outlets like this now..."it's the 90's" "not even the right decade" (name that movie!!!)
