Help Me...

...I'm poor.  (Thank you "Bridesmaids")


Ok so that's not what this post is about.  I actually need to ask you for your help.  


1) I have finally gotten the coveted iPhone 4s a few weeks ago.  It's safe to say it's love.  However, I still need some help finding some really cool apps.  So besides Instagram, what are some of your favorite apps?  Whether they be paid, free, games, news, photography - I must know.  Help me expand my app's please.

2) So this question is about exercise and lifestyle.  I have been doing ok with the Couch to 5K but that is only 3 times a week and I think I need some more exercise in my life.  Any suggestions for a class or fun workout? 


But most importantly I need some healthy tips. Anyone have suggestions to up my intake of water?  Any healthy snacks or recipes for meals?  I do good the first part of the day, I have my warm lemon water and then my spinach smoothie.  For lunch I try to have a Lean Cuisine (I know they aren't the best) or a salad.  But supper is my worst.  I always end up eating something bad.  


So any tip really will help me :)

I always use the following apps: Redbox, The weather channel, Trip Advisor, Viggle, Flixster, and for a game-Swampy.

I like to drink a lot of green tea. Not bottled bc it usually has too much sugar. Supper is when you don't need a large meal since the day is really over.

I love Temple run for a fun waste of time game!

I highly recommend yoga or zumba for an extra workout! I love love the energy of zumba and the relaxation of yoga :)

The GasBuddy app is great! It finds gas stations near wherever you are and you can see all the prices and find the cheapest one! Also for health tips, I don't know if you read about my cleansing posts or not but I believe it is crazy important to cleanse our bodies of all the horrible toxins we are constantly exposed to. The results are incredible and it really goes to show, "We are what we eat." I would love to discuss with you a program that would be best suited for you! ! Just say the word if you are interested:)

As far as apps go:

Photography: Instagram (obviously), Pro Camera (allows you to change color, saturation, contrast etc), Phonto (One of my FAVES) lets you write on photos, FrameMaker (lets you make collages and frames around photos).

Entertainment: Netflix (if you have a membership their app is awesome you can watch anything streaming from your phone), Epicurious, OpenTable, Yelp...

definitely get draw something! so addicting! i go thru such phases with apps haha, but other good games have been flight control, plants v zombies, fruit ninja

You definitely need to download the Flash light app...saves my life at times! Pixlromatic is like Instagram, but you can keep your pics the original size, Family Feud and 7 letters are my favorite games.
For the eating- I just make healthy fun stuff for dinner and then I'm not tempted to eat bad. Luckily my husband likes to eat healthy too!

Pandora, hipstamatic, frame maker, camera +, Straight2VM (when you just really don't want to talk to someone...this app puts you straight through to their voice mail! I love it! ha ha), Dragon Dictation (dictate text messages or emails), Flashlight app (you'd be surprised how often you use it!)
