Today, for the fabulous Holiday Blog challenge with Neely & Amber, we are talking about our favorite holiday traditions, new and old.
The new one I want to create with Mason and Guss is all about PJ's. I want to open new Pajamas as a present every Christmas Eve that we all wear the next day.
The old? Every Christmas with my parents, sisters, and husbands we do a few things.
1. We always open our stockings first.
2. We sit there for the next hour or so putting together the kids' toys.
3. We play board games.
4. We fight. It is actually a funny game we play. We count how many times we have a mini/big fight. That is just my family.
FYI: These are old pics from past Christmas' and not posed :)

The PJ tradition is one my family holds for yearssss now ... such a great one! We used to love opening our pj's from our grandfather as our last gift on Christmas Eve and always put them on for the drive home from his house :)
That sounds like lots of fun, even the fights. ;) We do the PJs tradition too and it's so fun.
I totally love the idea of the pajama tradition!! We had a pajama Christmas last year with my husband's family!
Any traditions involving pajamas sounds great! Esp since I'm sick and only want to be in pjs right now. ;)
Thank you for entering the GIVEBACK on my blog. So grateful for your support!
Hi Miranda! Thanks for being a new follower! Love your blog too. Your new dogs are precious. I know what you mean about fights over board games. My family is just the same! We can't go near a Monopoloy board! haha
The smaller tree makes the presents look bigger =)
My sister and I always open our stockings first while waiting for my dad to get dressed. Then after all the present opening, my mom makes eggs and cheese blintzes for Christmas. Not sure where that tradition started but I can't remember a year without blintzes.
I love the pajama idea!!!!!!
