My life - 250 words

So I'm doing this.

I'm going to try the Everyday in May challenge from Jenni's blog.

First off...my life story in about 250 words.  (251 here).

I was born July 25, 1984 in La Crosse, WI.  I was raised in a small town in Wisconsin called Tomah.   My parents are still married and I have sisters..the number of how many is a topic I plan to elaborate at a later date.  I grew up taking dance, then in High School I played soccer and was a Co-Captain of the Cheerleading squad.

(Look at my dad's 'stache!)

I graduated in 2002 then took a year off of school to work.   I attended University of Wisconsin Stout for a 1 1/2 years and then transferred and graduated with a BA at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. My major was Art and my minor was German.  While in college I got to study abroad in Germany and it was one of the best times of my life.

Throughout my life I have only had 3 (paying) jobs.   I was a Manager at McDonald's (worked there for 7 years), Lifeguard (3 years), and Petco employee (5 years.) Obviously there was an overlap.

I met my husband Guss in the 10th grade, started dating in the 11th grade, got engaged in 2005, married in 2006 and had our son in 2010.  Whew. We also have 2 gigantic Golden Retrievers!

Right now I am a stay at home mom and I love it and hate it all at once. :)
I hope to someday work in the Art History field which is my passion.   Other interests include TV, reading, watching football (Go Packers!), and baseball (Go Brewers!).

Well I think that about covers it!   Any questions, feel free to ask!

ha. I love that you said "I love it and I hate it all at once", it happens. Sometimes I wish I was a SAHM but I don't know if I can handle it.
