Day 20 G - your favorite recipe
My favorite recipe that I make is Manicotti. If you love cheese and pasta...you will love this! (and it is so easy!) I make it every other week and my husband and I love it. I haven't given any to Mason yet because it is very cheesy and I am just worried he isn't old enough to chew it up good enough. (I am not a food photographer so please disregard the bad lighting and so on)
Ingredients
1 box manicotti tubes
1 package string cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauceshredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease baking dish.
Cook manicotti, drain, and rinse with cold water.
Insert a stick of string cheese into each manicotti tube and arrange in dish.
Pour desired amount of sauce on top. ( I personally also add salt and pepper, very little oregano & Italian seasoning - but it doesn't need it)
Top it of with some shredded cheese (I use cheddar)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered.

Notes: You can make however many manicotti you want, I use the whole box. You also may need more than one dish if you make all of them...I use 2 different glass baking dishes (one large and another small one)

YUM!! I love manicotti. My mom used to make it all the time. Now I want some!
