Heart Therapy

Today I am partaking in Heart Therapy from Ashley at Eisy Morgan.  Here is her explanation...

"Welcome to
Heart Therapy:
Where we share what we are walking through.
{Like group bloggy therapy}
I will give a writing prompt that you can spin off of, or just share something you have been feeling or thinking about, or something you are learning or going through. Time to do something that will help your heart. Something I believe we neglect all too often."

I wanted to take part in this because of some things I have been dealing with in my life recently.  I actually just ended real therapy because my therapist took another job, so I am having a hard time with that.  So I saw this "Heart Therapy" from Ashley and I thought I would give it a go.  This week I am going to take part in her writing prompt, but in the future I plan on talking about what is going on with me.  Since there is nothing to be ashamed of.

"Today the idea is to think of yourself old, at the end of your life, and what advice you will give yourself now with what you are going through, looking back."

Miranda:
I know it seems like this feeling or these problems are never going to end, but they do.  Life gets better, more enjoyable, more clarity.  You of course will still need support of friends and family but you will become more independent.  You need to stop worrying so much and stop letting your brain run a mile a minute.  I know it seems like life is so complicated and there is just too much but it is actually quite simple.  Family, Friends, Love.  If you can start remembering just the few things that actually matter, your outlook will greatly improve.  Everyone is flawed, everyone makes mistakes, but that makes you you.
Love, Me
